This service is designed to offer support and assistance to anyone who requires additional support at home to maintain their independence.

Anyone who is lonely or vulnerable and would benefit from daily contact, has short term memory loss,  is isolated from family due to distance or other circumstances.

Anyone who is not eligible for a support or re-enablement package from the Local Authority.
